CORONAVIRUS (COVID-19)

As a precaution, the administration of the Canton Symphony Orchestra has cancelled all events remaining in the 2019-2020 and has closed the office until further notice.

Based on the CDC recommendations that recently came out, the Canton Symphony Orchestra (CSO) has decided to cancel all events between now and June 25th, 2020.  The Canton Symphony staff continues to work remotely and the office remains closed. 

Subscribers and ticket buyers have been notified of the cancellation and given the opportunity to receive a full refund or donate their tickets back to the symphony. Patrons will be directed to https://www.cantonsymphony.org/ticket-return-form to notify us of their wishes.  

As we plan and implement procedures in response to these events, please direct all communication to the contact form on our website.  

Even though these performances are not taking place, the CSO has made the decision to pay the musicians a portion of what they would have received for their services. As our team rallies to navigate this difficult path, the end goal is clear: Canton Symphony Orchestra will continue to provide classical music programming and professional performance opportunities to our community.

We are sorry for any inconvenience this may cause. The health and safety of our patrons, musicians and staff is the most important consideration to us at this time.
